Winners of the iiex competition 2017, next stop Startup Worldcup

iiex competition winners in Europe 2017, only African startup to compete

Last month, we competed in the Insight Innovation Awards 2017. A great event that saw the only African startup to win at these highly regarded awards. The event, held and organized exceptionally well by the sponsors GreenBook, sought to stimulate innovative and disruptive ideas and aims to reveal new and exciting insight on how to get deeper consumer understanding, a philosophy that fully embodies.

For a Joburg based startup having only launched in March 2016, this was an impressive feat. Over the past year, we’ve gained international traction with clients like Unilever, General Motors, L’Oreal, Pernod Ricard and GSK by assisting these brands in adapting their global creative concepts in multiple markets.

SenseCheck, our concept testing and development flagship product, is at the heart of these successful research projects and has proven to be an impactful tool to help brands achieve their creative efficiencies. We’ve also charged our qualitative research with our Competitor Review, a product that we believe has been one of our most effective research initiatives thus far.

We have not slowed down in our goals to revolutionize the traditional qualitative research space. Through the power of innovation and technology, we have continued to introduce our unique platform to brands and their creative partners globally. We have committed ourselves to the venture of radically reshaping what it means to get consumer insight and our next stop is The 2017 Start-up World, a global competition held in San Francisco that brings together the world’s top entrepreneurs, VCs and startups.

The 2017 Startup World Cup, sponsored by Fenox Venture Capital, will be held this Friday, 24 March and will face off against 14 other regional startups from countries all over the world. In addition to immense global exposure and a top tier networking opportunity, we also stand the chance of winning one million dollars in investment.

The significance of this global conference lies not only in its stellar grand prize but also in its panel of speakers and judges, made up of the most prominent entrepreneurs and investors including co-founder of Apple, Steve Wozniak, founder and partner of Techstars, David Cohen and General Partner of 500 Startups, Edith Yeung. has penetrated, and triumphed through, as innovative game changers in the market research space and we hope to be honoured, and launched, as the world’s next leading startup.

Good Luck to the co-founders, Trevor Wolfe and Remon Geyser!
